I also HATE IT when people feel that potty time is phone time.
When I'm "taking care of business" in a public restroom, the last thing I want to hear is someone's private cell phone conversation. I'm also pretty sure the person on the other end of the phone really would rather not hear a random fart or the sound of a dookie being dropped.
It's rude. If you need to talk on a cell phone go the hell outside and talk. Potty time is potty time...not talkie time.
